Call Meeting to Order - At 5:32 p.m., Mayor Francis called the Closed Session meeting to order.

Also Present: City Manager Fabiola Huerta, City Attorney Michael Maurer and Assistant City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge.

19. Communications Facility License Agreement for new Faux Eucalyptus Cell City at City Hall
Action: By consensus of the City Council the item was continued to the September 12, 2022, Regular City Council Meeting.
20. Discussion of Animal Noise Complaints and Code Enforcement Process (Continued from July 11, 2022)
Action: By consensus of the City Council, staff was directed to listen for animal noise in the neighborhoods with noise complaints, and staff was directed to report back to the City Council at the September 12, 2022 meeting.
21. List of Potential Planning Commission Discussion Items Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Francis), and voted 5-0 to authorize the Planning Commission to discuss the requested topics at workshop meetings. -- End of Administrative Items ----
