1. Call Meeting to Order - At 5:06 p.m., Mayor Zezula called the Regular City Council meeting to order.

13. Additional Brush Clearance of City Property between City Hall's Rear Parking Lot and Creek
Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Engelhardt) and voted 4-0 (Abstain: Pespisa) to authorize the Finance Manager to amend FY 2023-24 budget to increase account 101- 450PWD-6960 by $3,600 for brush clearance of the area between the Fire Department parking lot and creek. Authorize the City Manager to approve the Purchase Order per the City's purchasing policy and authorize staff to schedule California Arborist Complete At 5:18 p.m., Council Member Pespisa entered Council dias.
14. Additional Brush Clearance, Tree Trimming, and Berm Improvement of the City's Vacant Parcel at West and Hacienda Road (APN 8237-032-901 Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Pespisa) and voted 5-0 to authorize the Finance Manager to amend FY2023-24 budget to increase account 101-450PWD-6960 by $11,800 for the additional brush clearance, tree trimming, and berm improvements of the West and Hacienda vacant parcel. Authorize the City Manager to approve the Purchase Order per the City's purchasing policy and authorize staff to schedule California Arborist Complete Tree Care, Inc. to complete the work.

15. Brea IT Contract Renewal
Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Pepisa) and voted 5-0 to direct the City Manager to enter into a three-year agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney with the City of Brea, d.b.a Brea IT for IT support services.
