Call Meeting to Order - At 5:30 p.m., Mayor Engelhardt called the Regular City Council meeting to order.

Absent: Mayor Pro Tempore John Pespisa and Council Member Dennis Laherty Also Present: Interim City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge and Administrative Assistant Christina Aguilar

At 5:31 p.m., the City Council, Interim City Manager, and Interim Assistant City Manager adjourned to Closed Session to discuss the following:
