Call Meeting to Order - At 1:03 p.m., Mayor Pespisa cailed the Regular Adjourned City Council meeting to order.

Present: Mayor John Pespisa, Mayor Pro Tempore Carol Engelhardt, City Council Members Brian Bergman, Greg Steffire and Norm Zezula
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge, City Attorney Todd Litfin and Administrative Assistant Christina Aguilar

Revised Draft 2021-2029 Housing Element Update (Continued from January 13, 2025)
At 1:27 p.m. Council Member Steffire left dais.
At 1:29 p.m. Council Member Steffire returned to dais.
Action: Mayor Pespisa adjourned the January 20, 2025 meeting to Friday, January 24, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. with direction to have council members Engelhardt and Steffire review and revise on the Housing Element with City Staff.
