Call Meeting to Order - At 6:05 p.m., Mayor Pespisa called the Regular Adjourned City Council meeting to order.

Present: Mayor John Pespisa, Mayor Pro Tempore Carol Engelhardt, City Council Members Brian Bergman, Greg Steffire and Norm Zezula
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Rafferty Wooldridge, City Attorney Todd Litfin and Administrative Assistant Christina Aguilar

ADMINISTRATIVE ITEM
Revised Draft 2021-2029 Housing Element Update (Continued from January 20, 2025)
At 6:11 p.m. Mayor John Pespisa open public hear.
At 6:14 p.m. Mayor John Pespisa closed public hear.
Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Engelhardt) to approve the draft Housing Element as articulated by the City Manager and direct the City Manager to include the sites by Harbor Boulevard and school property on Hacienda Road at twenty units per acre and the two church sites, ADU's and submit the draft Housing Element to HCD for review. ....
