1. Call Meeting to Order - At 6:32 p.m., Mayor John Pespisa called the Regular City Council Meeting to order.

16. Resolution Adopting FY 2025-26 Project List Funded by SB1 (Gas Tax) revenues
Resolution No. 2025-12: A resolution of the City Council of the City of La Habra leights, California, approving a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2025-26 funded by SB 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017
Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Steffre), and voted (5-0) to adopt Resolution No. 2025-12 approving the FY 2025-26 project list funded by SB 1 to be submitted to the California Transportation Commission.

17. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Street Improvement Project - Zone 4: Greenview Update Action: Reviewed and discussed.

Updated Vacation of La Habra Road with Powder Canyon Resolution No. 2025-13: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of La Habra Heights, California, declaring La Habra Road unnecessary for present or prospective public use and vacating the same pursuant to the California Streets and Highways code
Action: Moved (SteffIre), seconded (Zezula), and voted (5-0) to adopt Resolution No. 2025-13 authorizing the vacation of La Habra Road and establishing the twenty-foot-wide emergency access easement.
19. 2024 General Election Cost Amendment
Action: Moved (Steffre), seconded (Engelhardt), and voted (5-0) to authorize the Finance Manager to amend the FY 2024-25 budget and increase account 101-120MGR- 6930 by $15,809.10 to pay for the revised general election costs.
20. Contract Planning Services
Action: Moved (Bergman), seconded (Engelhardt), and voted (5-0) to direct the City Manager to contract planning services, not to exceed $50,000.
