Mayor Arapostathis called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

Mayor Arapostathis adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
Public Comments:
Councilmember Dillard joined the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
Councilmember Dillard announced she was attending virtually under the just cause provision of AB 2449 and there were no individuals over the age of 18 present in the room with her.

City Attorney Sabine announced there were no reportable actions except for the Council gave direction to its negotiator.
