In-Person Public Participation Information
To address the City Council on an Agenda item other than a Public Hearing or during Public Comments, please fill out a "Request to Address Council" card located in the back of the Council Chambers near the agendas and submit to the City Clerk prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. There is a five minute maximum time limit when addressing the City Council. The amount of time for public comment may be reduced by the Mayor or by action of the City Council Electronic Public Participation

6.1 APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES - It is recommended the City Council approve the Study Session meeting of February 14, 2023 and the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of February 14, 2023.

6.2 APPROVAL OF WARRANT REGISTER - It is recommended the City Council approve the warrant register dated February 28, 2023 in the total amount of $2,521,215.15.

6.3 APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ECS IMAGING, INC. FOR SCANNING AND DIGITAL INDEXING SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with ECS Imaging Inc. to provide scanning and digital indexing services for large-format plans and associated documents in the amount of $38,850 and approve a contingency in the amount of 20 percent of the contract cost.

6.4 APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE YARD AT LA MIRADA COMMUNITY REGIONAL PARK - It is recommended the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the agreement with CNC Engineering, for additional engineering services not to exceed $75,000, for the County of Los Angeles Grounds Maintenance and Service Yard at La Mirada Community Regional Park.

7. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
7.1 SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 728 ADOPTING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 55, ADDING LAND USE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO MICRO-BREWERY FACILITIES, TO TITLE 21 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE (ZONING ORDINANCE), AND TO TABLE 6.1 OF THE IMPERIAL HIGHWAY SPECIFIC PLAN; AND APPROVING AN EXEMPTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15061(b)(3) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES - It is recommended the City Council introduce for second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 728 adopting Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 55, adding land use regulations applicable to micro-brewery facilities, to Title 21 of the La Mirada Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance), and to Table 6.1 of the Imperial Highway Specific Plan; and approving an exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines, by title only, and waive further reading.
