6.2 APPROVAL OF WARRANT REGISTER - It is recommended the City Council approve the warrant register dated January 23, 2024 in the total amount of $1,385,439.44.

6.3 MONTHLY TREASURER REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING NOVEMBER 2023 - It is recommended the City Council receive and file the City of La Mirada Monthly Treasurer Report for the period ending November 2023.

6.4 APPROVAL OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT “MUG RUN” – It is recommended the City Council approve the Sheriff’s Department “Mug Run” subject to conditions recommended by staff.

6.5 CITY COUNCIL REQUEST FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE – It is recommended the City Council approve Mayor Pro Tem Sarega’s request to attend the Independent Cities Association’s Winter Seminar.

6.6 THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE COMMUNICATIONS SITE LEASE AGREEMENT – AMERICAN TOWER - It is recommended the City Council approve the Third Amendment to the Communications Site Lease Agreement between the City of La Mirada and American Tower Asset Sub, LLC, subject to the lease agreement terms, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

7. PUBLIC HEARING
7.1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (CDBG) PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 PROJECTS - It is recommended the City Council conduct a public hearing as prescribed by law; approve the proposed Fiscal Year 2024-25 Community Development Block Grant projects as presented; and authorize the City Manager to execute the contracts and any amendments with the Los Angeles County Development Authority on behalf of the City.

8.1 FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE NO. 732 REVISING REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS AND AMENDING TITLE 4 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE – It is recommended the City Council accept for first reading Ordinance No. 732 revising regulations applicable to entertainment permits and amending Title 4 of the La Mirada Municipal Code, by title only, and waive further reading.

9.1 RESOLUTION NO. SA-35 APPROVING THE ANNUAL RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS) 24-25 - It is recommended the City Council acting in its capacity as the Successor Agency to the La Mirada Redevelopment Agency adopt Resolution No. SA-35 approving the Annual Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule 24-25 for the annual fiscal period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 and taking certain related actions.
