6.1 APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES - It is recommended the City Council approve the minutes of the regular City Council meeting of January 23, 2024.

6.2 APPROVAL OF WARRANT REGISTER - It is recommended the City Council approve the warrant register dated February 13, 2024 in the total amount of $3,791,130.95.

6.3 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council approve an agreement with Chandler Asset Management and authorize the City Manager on behalf of the City to execute an agreement for a three-year period with two one-year options.

6.4 INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE CITY OF LA MIRADA FOR THE MONTH ENDING DECEMBER 2023 - It is recommended the City Council receive and file the City’s Investment Report for the month ending December 2023.

6.6 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2021-11, LA MIRADA BOULEVARD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - ACCEPTANCE OF WORK - It is recommended the City Council accept the improvements constructed by Lucas Builders, Inc.; authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder; and authorize the payment of retention monies pursuant to the agreement.

6.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2023-03, NEW CABARET LOUNGE AT THE LA MIRADA THEATRE - REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the contract for Capital Improvement Project No. 2023-03, New Cabaret Lounge at the La Mirada Theatre, to Corner Keystone Construction Corp. in the amount of $247,700; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to approve addendums to the existing on-call engineering contracts for construction inspection and testing services in an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total project construction cost.

6.8 FACILITY WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES - REVIEW OF PROPOSALS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the contract for facility window cleaning services to Eastside Window Cleaning Service; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional services up to 20 percent of the total contract cost.

6.9 STORM DRAIN CATCH BASIN TRASH CAPTURE DEVICES, CIP NO. 2024-01 - APPROVAL OF PURCHASE AND INSTALL AGREEMENT WITH G2 CONSTRUCTION, INC., AND APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement with G2 Construction, Inc, for the purchase and installation of storm drain catch basin trash capture devices on catch basins in the City of La Mirada using the terms and pricing from the County of Orange Master Agreement in the amount of $688,623; approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the On-Call Professional Services Agreement between the City of La Mirada and Willdan Engineering to provide professional management and inspection services for CIP No. 2024-01, Storm Drain Catch Basin Trash Capture Devices, based on the Willdan Engineering proposal dated December 13, 2023, in the amount of $50,016; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total project cost for each agreement.

7.1 SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 732 REVISING REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS AND AMENDING TITLE 4 OF THE LA MIRADA MUNICIPAL CODE - It is recommended the City Council accept for second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 732 revising regulations applicable to entertainment permits and amending Title 4 of the La Mirada Municipal Code, by title only, and waive further reading.
