In-Person Public Participation Information
To address the City Council on an Agenda item other than a Public Hearing or during Public Comments, please fill out a "Request to Address Council" card located in the back of the Council Chambers near the agendas and submit to the City Clerk prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. There is a five minute maximum time limit when addressing the City Council. The amount of time for public comment may be reduced by the Mayor or by action of the City Council Electronic Public Participation

The deadline to submit your Public Comment electronically is on the day of a regular City Council meeting before 3 p.m. For special meetings, comments must be received at least three hours prior to the meeting.

8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
8.1 RESOLUTION NO. 25-17 WAIVING THE FORMAL BID PROCESS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE GRAFFITI REMOVAL TRUCK - It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-17 waiving the formal bid process and authorizing the purchase of one graffiti removal truck.

8.2 RESOLUTION NO. 25-18 APPROVAL OF CITY OF LA MIRADA SEWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PLAN (SSMP) UPDATE – It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-18 approving the updated La Mirada Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP); and authorize the City Manager to certify and submit the updated SSMP to the California State Water Resources Control Board and adopt and legally necessary interim updates as may be required by the SWRCB.
