Theatre Director BT Mc Nicholl said t he Theatre implemented the use of True Tickets, Inc. in July 2025. He said True Tickets, Inc. has improved ease of use, as it is a digital ticket and, therefore, eliminates the need for a PDF file. He said e mail deliverability has improved, since the email no longer has an attachment that could get blocked. He said the Theatre could now include a link to the True Tickets, Inc. digital wallet in its pre-show email confirmations, reinforcing how patrons can access their tickets.

Ticket Services Manager Elizabeth Carlock presented information on how True Tickets, Inc. has improved customer service, enhanced security, and supported marketing efforts. She reported that one of the issues Theatre staff experienced was not knowing who was using Theatre tickets that have been sold on third party sites. She said with True Tickets, Inc. the Theatre has gained new insights into identifying the patrons of this former “shadow audience”. She said to date 2,180 tickets have been accepted by patrons after being shared by the original buyer.
