CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Waldman called the Special Meeting of the La Palma City Council to order at 9:07 a.m. in the Fan Palm Room at the La Palma Community Center, 7821 Walker Street, La Palma, California, with all members present.

1. Goal Setting Facilitation Presentation
City Manager McNamara introduced the agenda scheduling for today's Session and then introduced the Consultant - Jacob Green - who gave a detailed overview of reasons for the City Council's Goal Setting, the Council-City Manager form of government and the Council's relationship with Staff, organizational priorities, and a review of 2024 City Council’s goals.
