Mayor Waldman called the Special Meeting of the La Palma City Council to order at 9: 07 p. m. in the La Palma Community Center, Fan Palm Room, 7821 Walker Street, La Palma, California.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957( b)( 1)
Position Title: City Manager
Mayor Waldman recessed the Open Session and convened the Closed Session at 9: 08 a. m. Mayor Waldman adjourned Closed Session at 3: 51 p. m.
Mayor Waldman reconvened in Open Session at 3: 51 p. m. and reported there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Waldman adjourned the Special Meeting of the La Palma City Council at 3: 52 p. m.
