OPEN SESSION TO BEGIN AT 4: 30 P. M. - CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Waldman called the Special Meeting of the La Palma City Council to order at 4: 30 p. m. in the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority, 8081 Moody Street, La Palma, California.

Council Members Present: Council Member Baker ( arrived at 4: 45), Council Member Keo Conklin ( arrived after 4. 45), Council Member V. Patel, Mayor Pro Tern N. Patel, and Mayor Waldman
City Officials Present: Mike Egan, Interim City Manager Joesph Cisneros, Deputy City Manager

Mayor Waldman recessed the Special Meeting.
RECONVENE FOR STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS ( 5: 00 P. M.)
Mayor Waldman called the Special Meeting to order at 5: 12 p. m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Scout Troop Number 650 lead the Pledge of Allegiance and presented the colors.
INVOCATION
Pastor Peter Hernandez, La Palma Christian Center, conducted the invocation.
STATE OF THE CITY PRESENTATIONS
Mayor Waldman and City Staff provided presentations on the State of the City.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Waldman adjourned the Special Meeting of the La Palma City Council at 6: 34 p. m.
