NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Quinta City Council, at its regular meeting of November 18, 2025, continued the following noticed public hearing to a date certain of January 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., to be held in the La Quinta City Hall Council Chamber, located at 78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California 92253:
