POST MEETING REPORT:
City Attorney Phil Kohn reported that in this evening’s Closed Session, all Councilmembers were present, and there was no reportable action. However, the Council authorized him to report that the Council concluded its annual performance evaluation of the City Manager, and her contract that currently runs through June 30, 2024, will automatically be extended for two years unless the Council notifies the City Manager by December 11, 2023 of its intent not to extend the contract.
