POST MEETING REPORT:
City Attorney Megan Garibaldi reported that the Closed Session adjourned at 6:03 p.m., all Councilmembers were present and participated in the discussion, and there was no public comment. She reported that the City Council unanimously authorized the City Manager to make an offer on the properties.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor of the City of Laguna Beach has called a special meeting of the City Council to take place at 5:30 p.m. on October 30, 2024, for the purpose of discussing and taking action on the item listed on the below closed agenda.

No other business shall be considered at the Special Closed Session Meeting.
