TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor of the City of Laguna Beach has called a special meeting of the City Council to take place at 4:15 p.m. on November 20, 2024, for the purpose of discussing and taking action on the items listed on the below agendas.
No other business shall be considered at the Special Meeting except as listed below. 4:15 p.m. CLOSED SESSION AGENDA
1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8

Public Comment on this closed session item can be provided in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave., Laguna Beach at 4:15 p.m., following the meeting’s call to order. The City Council will then recess into closed session in Conference Room A. 4:30 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. WORKSHOP AGENDA
2. WORKSHOP REGARDING ARTIST LIVE-WORK SPACE ALONG LAGUNA
CANYON ROAD
Recommendations:
1. Receive a presentation regarding potential efforts to retain and create artist work/live space on properties along Laguna Canyon Road; and
2. Provide feedback and/or direction to staff, as appropriate.

Following the closed session, any required report out on this closed session item will occur at the front entrance to City Hall (the Council Chambers will be occupied by the Planning Commission at that time).
