: City Attorney Megan Garibaldi reported that the Closed Session adjourned at 7:53 p.m., all Councilmembers were present and participated in the discussion, and there was no public comment. She reported that regarding item #2, the City Council unanimously approved the City Attorney to file a notice of appeal. Garibaldi advised that there was no reportable action on the other items.
