JOINT SESSION
1. DISCUSSION OF THE REVISED DESIGN REVIEW EFFICIENCY ORDINANCE (AND ELEMENTS THAT COULD GO IN THE LARGER COMPREHENSIVE ZONING CODE UPDATE) Recommendations:
1. Receive a report from City staff, consider public comments and Commissioner and Board Member public comments, and provide direction on the Revised (draft) Design Review Efficiency Ordinance (Attachment 1); and
2. Direct staff to provide the Revised (draft) Design Review Efficiency Ordinance along with any directed changes by the City Council to California Coastal Commission staff for feedback.
3. Discuss, if appropriate, possible additional changes that may be included in the pending Comprehensive Zoning Code Update (CZCU).
