NOTICE:
Appeals may be filed by the applicant, any other aggrieved property owner within three hundred feet of the subject property or by a member of the City Council.
2. The appeal fee of $2,000.00 must accompany the appeal at submittal.
This form must be received by the City Clerk within the time period allowed for an appeal. (within 14 calendar days of the determination).

The board abused their discretion in denying the application far the following, reasons:
1, The Board majority unneasonably imposed an unjustified re-siting of the proposed residence, which would result in the unprecedented loss of substantial property rights of the owner, without providing objective. findings to support their decision.
2. The Board Majority made false and unsupperted assumptions regarding the apgearance of mass and scale as it relates to the project siting and based en subjective criterta.
3. The Board Majority disregarded factual evidence pronded by the applicant proving that other approved and completed projects possessed slain stung, gavage bocations, and ances driveways, copriciously findings were not appucable to the sub eut property, and arbitrarily deeming that the project design is not neighborhood compatible The foregoing statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING A CONTINUANCE OF A PUBLIC HEARING :
Continuances are granted at the discretion of the City Council. Either the applicant or the appellant may request a continuance at the time of the public hearing. Only the applicant (owner of the subject property of his/her designee) may request a continuance prior to the hearing. If, no later than the Wednesday prior to the public hearing, the applicant submits a written request accompanied by $50 to cover the cost of renoticing, the City staff has the authority to continue the hearing, if in the judgement of the staff, there is no valid or legal reason not to continue the hearing. Such requests are to be submitted to the City Clerk.
