Extensive installation, maintenance, or repair of erosion control measures is excluded from the scope of work.

o The contract term is a minimum 36 months, beginning in third quarter 2025. This contract may be extended annually for an additional two years for a total of 5 years upon mutual agreement between Natures Image and the City.
Natures Image will have the opportunity to submit adjusted pricing for cost inflation for the additional two year extension.
