Contract Amount: $48,000
Service: Onsite information technology support for City Council meetings NTT has provided onsite IT support for Laguna Beach City Council meetings since 2024, following the retirement of the City’s in-house staff. NTT staff are uniquely familiar with the City’s audiovisual systems and have delivered consistent, high-quality support. They also serve as a trained backup for meeting broadcasting, which is critical for continuity.
No other known vendors currently offer equivalent services with the necessary experience in Laguna Beach systems. Transitioning to another vendor would introduce unnecessary risk and disrupt meeting operations. The price is consistent with prior-year costs and is considered fair and reasonable.
