I hope this message finds you well. I am sending this email as my introduction statement as I will be absent for business on the 14th . My name is David L. Levine, and l am a proud resident of Laguna Beach, residing at with my wife, two of our four children, my mother-in-law, and our beloved dog, Jax. I am writing to express my keen interest in serving the Board of Laguna Beach as a Fiduciary.
Professionally, I am a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS, a designation earned by only a select number. In this role, I provide highly personalized wealth management services and solutions to a diverse array of clients and their families. My professional credentials include being a FINRA registered member with Series 7, 24, 3, 65, and 63 securities licenses, alongside various state licenses for life, accident, health insurance, and variable annuities. Additionally, I hold several esteemed designations such as Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®), Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
Beyond my role at UBS, I have had the privilege of serving as an NFL-PA Registered Player Financial Advisor, a FINRA Arbitrator, a Retirement Plan Consultant, and a Senior Portfolio Manager within the UBS Portfolio Management Program. My academic background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.
What truly sets me apart and makes me uniquely qualified to serve the Board of Laguna Beach as a Fiduciary is my extensive experience working with other municipalities and corporations. I have successfully managed large assets as a fiduciary while building the trust and relationships necessary to make challenging decisions for diverse populations.
