FACILITIES MASTER PLAN (FMP) STUDY SESSION: CONTINUED DISCUSSION OF THE OVERALL FMP, WITH A FOCUS ON FIRE STATION #1, COMMUNITY
AND RECREATION CENTER OPTIONS, AND LANG PARK OPTIONS
Recommendations:
(1) Receive a presentation and update from Griffin Structures on the Facilities Master Plan (FMP);
(2) Provide input on Fire Station #1 location and functionality, the Community and Recreation Center valuation options, Lang Park Design Concepts, as well as any other features of the FMP; and
(3) Find that this action is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines.
C. ADJOURNMENT. The Laguna Beach City Council will adjourn to the Closed Session.
