I am respectfully requesting a continuance for the City Council appeal of 31421 Holly Drive, scheduled for October 28, 2025, as I will be unable to attend the hearing due to a personal matter out of state. I am currently in discussion with the applicant’s architect in an effort to resolve the matter prior to the hearing.
We request that the appeal be heard at the next available City Council meeting that accommodates the Council’s calendar.
