DISCUSSION
Artist Sunday takes place on the first Sunday after Thanksgiving, falling between Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday. Created in 2020, it is recognized as the world’s largest art event dedicated to supporting artists and highlighting their impact on communities and the economy. The day encourages people to shop with artists and purchase art as unique, original, handcrafted gifts during the holiday season. By doing so, participants support local artists, strengthen the local economy, and celebrate creativity. Artist Sunday unites artists and communities nationwide, raising awareness of the value of original art in enriching lives.
