Thanks very much for your email. Staff will prepare an agenda report recommending that the 31526 Valido Road appeals be continued to the January 13, 2026 City Council meeting.
I also wanted to clarify that staff was prepared to present an analysis of the appeals to the City Council on November 18th. However, in response to your request for a continuance, we will now request that the item be continued to the January 13th meeting.
