Dear Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: With respect to the above referenced appeal, the parties submit the following request:
The parties request a continuance of the November 18th City Council Appeal Hearing to allow additional time for settlement discussions between the parties regarding their respective positions on privacy and view. This request seeks to have the hearing continued to a date certain in January.
