Also we did email the Dr board members per the protocol Kevin here is the list we gave you february 16.
The issues are
Hvac placement and noise-- architect states he will show arrow pointing to the HVAC equipment symbol, vs the dimension and remove the 5' note portion since the distance is already shown. 2 of the 3 sets of Pop out windows
Window privacy concerns, design review guidelines call for placement and not maximizing windows next to neighbors , but no mention of window expansion in the staff report privacy section There is no detail on these windows, we have asked architect for this- this is pending as this has not been provided to us.
The fence has no detail
Will there be pool equipment or is all self contained…I guess this is resolved since its self contained The plans do not reflect our correct address.
These are our main concerns.
Your letter requested our concerns be in writing but it doesn’t go into what the next steps are.
