I have forwarded you the e mail we discussed. Please let me know if you have any problems opening any of the information and that you are able to expand the pictures for review. From the pictures of the before and actual, you will see the actual built deck is far beyond the on 28 inches (2 feet 4 inches) that is referenced on the Notice of Public Hearing. Aside from that, there are privacy concerns, cantilevered concerns, social gatherings impact on our living areas, and our view being compromised. The purpose of the original comprehensive design review is to address these types of issues and concerns prior to any construction and as one whole project.
