• Increase in units
• Reduc&on in Parking
Dear Planning Commission and DRB Board,
I am unable to a,end the hearing however I want to voice my opposi&on to the increase in rooms without the required increase in parking for this project.

Having been the SVP of Real Estate and Development for Marrio, Interna&onal for 14 years I have garnered en&tlements for over 40 hotels and never once did a municipality allow a reduc&on in parking that would burden a residen&al neighborhood which is exactly what this increase in intensity will do. Only if a hotel could use un-used spaces at night from a nearby office or retail user was a reduc&on in parking allowed.

If the Inn wants to take away off-site parking they need to arrange valet parking at some nearby office or retail use that is closed at night otherwise the excess cars will flow onto Diamond and Glenneyre, both streets already severely compromised for parking. Our town is already under parked and commercial parking reduc&ons from this inn burdens all those nearby which is unfair to allow the benefit of one for the detriment of many.

Please deny this project or mandate a valet service that pushes the cars away from our residen&al streets and onto other commercial users property.

Respec;ully,
Joy Berry
