Dear Councilmembers:
I am writing to express my support for the proposed version of the 2026 Investment Policy.
I would like to suggest one addition. Specifically, I would like the Committee and the Council to consider adding to the end of Section 17, Performance Standards, the words "as well as with Sections 3 and 4 that describe the City's investment philosophy and objectives." I also support the authorization of Victoria Mclntosh as Deputy Treasurer.
