RESOLUTION NO. 26.XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAGUNA BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CONFLICT
OF INTEREST CODE APPENDIX OF DESIGNATED
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Laguna Beach adopted Resolution No. 81.1 on January 6, 1981, thereby the provisions of California Code of Regulations, Title 2, section 18730, a regulation containing the terms of a standard model Conflict of Interest Code; and WHEREAS, the Conflict of Interest Code Appendix of Designated Employees must be periodically updated to reflect the current titles and positions of those employees designated as having filing responsibilities and their disclosure categories.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH DOES RESOLVE:
That the Conflict of Interest Code Appendix of Designated Employees in which officials and employees are designated and disclosure categories are set forth is hereby amended and incorporated by reference as Exhibit A attached hereto.
