Dear Ms. Guzman and Ms. Braun,
We are grateful for the many years we have been able to lease the premises at 21547 Wesley Drive in Laguna Beach. During this time, we have provided nursery and preschool care, offering families in the community an excellent and affordable early childhood education option.
As the current lease extension ends on June 30, 2026, we would like to formally express our interest in entering into a new Lease Agreement with the City of Laguna Beach for the premises at 21547 Wesley Drive.
Because our enrollment period begins each January, we are reaching out now to allow sufficient time to plan for the upcoming academic year. Our sincere hope is to continue serving the community from our current site.
