Intelinet confirms that the City of Laguna Beach may utilize the terms and conditions of the contracts awarded to Intelinet by the City of Long Beach under RFP No. TI-24-497.
The contracts and services are as follows

RACK/STACK/PORTS/TONNING
• Long Beach Contract # 37626 : CAMERAS-REPAIRS-INSTALLATIONCONFIGURATIONS • Long Beach Contract # 37267: FIBER REPAIRS, CABLING
All listed services, and that the pricing offered to the City of Laguna Beach will be equal to or more favorable than the pricing established under that contract for the duration of the contract term.
Intelinet agrees to extend to the City of Laguna Beach the same pricing structure, rates, and terms that were provided to the City of Long Beach under this contract.
Services provided to the City of Laguna Beach will be consistent with the scope of work and categories for which Intelinet was awarded under the referenced solicitation.
