DISCUSSION
On February 26, 2026, the Design Review Board (“Board”) directed staff to amend Resolution 2026-0148 so it reflects the additional reasons stated by the Board in support of the project denial. The attached resolution has been updated as directed and is ready for the Board’s consideration and adoption.
