Dear Mayor Orgill and City Council Members:
I am the project applicant for Tentative Parcel Map 2026-0793 / CDP 2026-0802 to merge the lots at 2500 Glenneyre St., 2500 Pala Way, and 2500 Queda Way into one parcel and building site on behalf of owners Mark and Sue Winner (“the Winners”). The building site at 2500 Glenneyre St. and 2500 Pala Way is known in City records as 2548 Glenneyre Street.
For background information, I am providing the City records consisting of the October 2015 and January 2016 letters sent to the Winners by Greg Pfost, then-Director of Community Development, discussing the City’s review of legal building site status. These are the letters referenced on pages 2-3 of the Staff Report. Furthermore, I am providing the 1981 building permit and electrical permit from City records for the existing building site.
