Attached are view blockage photos from my home at Eaglerock Way in regards to the DRB meeting on 3/26/26
As you can see the views to the ocean is blocked in every “ceremonial rooms” and I suggest this project gets denied as proposed and goes back to the architect for adjustments. This house can be built easily without blocking views and in the case of two other neighbors without privacy invasion Solution/suggestion on the previous meeting also suggested the proposed second story to be move to the rear of the property but neither this suggestion or the total blockage of we ocean was addressed I attempted to discuss with the architect but did not connect
There are two levels of green flag staking, the lower one is fine but the higher one could be reduced to preserve views , I believe that is the solution regarding view preservation I believe the architect is a talented professional and can do this and resubmit on behalf of the non resident owner, and after a NO vote on this , they will be motivated to follow the spirit of the DRB I realize the started huge and this plan is exactly why the DRB recommendations are in place I look forward to you visit to see this live
