CONSENT
20 SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT TO THE PARKING, TRAFFIC, AND CIRCULATION
COMMITTEE
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Appoint Mark Lewis to the Parking, Traffic, and Circulation Committee, effective immediately, through March 31, 2028.
SUMMARY OF THE MATTER
The Parking, Traffic, and Circulation (PTC) Committee is a seven-member body that acts in an advisory capacity on matters related to parking, traffic, circulation, and traffic-related concerns. The Committee generally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. On February 10, 2026, the City Council appointed the two residents who applied for the Committee’s three openings.
DISCUSSION
On April 5, 2026, resident Mark Lewis submitted an application for the remaining vacant position on the PTC committee. No other applications have been received for the vacancy.

There is no financial impact with the recommended action.
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
There is no environmental impact with the recommended action.
