Dear City Council:
I noticed that there is new staking and ribbons up for the property at 31985/31987 Coast Highway. I also noticed that there is an appeal on the project to be heard Aug. 4. It seems to me that if there is new staking it would be a new project. Therefore the appeal on the old project should be moot.
This project needs to go through the process properly and be considered a new project and not added on to a previous project.
