NOTICE OF CONTRACT PRICING EXTENSION

To whom it may concern,
Precision Concrete Cutting would like to confirm that we will extend the City of Laguna Beach the same pricing and terms as outlined in the Maintenance Services Agreement, MSA26-4061TRAN, currently held with the City of Carlsbad. This includes all applicable rates for sidewalk assessment and trip hazard repair services as specified in the agreement. We are committed to providing the City of Laguna Beach with the same level of service and competitive pricing established under this contract as we plan the next phase of citywide sidewalk repairs.
