The meeting was called to order at 4:04 p.m. by Mayor Heft.

1 Budget Workshop for FY 23-24 & FY 24-25
City Manager Hildenbrand provided introductory comments and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Finance Director Hendrickson reviewed the information provided in the staff report and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
City Attorney Simonian responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Chief of Police Services Captain Burk responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
Public Works Director/City Engineer Ames responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
The City Council held a workshop for the upcoming biennial budget for fiscal years 2023-2024 & 2024-2025.
