1 Objective Design Standards Study Session
Andrew Watkins, Principal, JZMK Partners, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to Council/Agency Member requests.
The City Council/Planning Agency received the staff presentation, discussed Objective Design Standards, and provided comments to staff.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Phil Mader, Kingsbourn Capital & Development, requested a meeting with the City Council for a potential development project in the North Laguna Hills area.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the City Council/Planning Agency at this session, Mayor/Chair Heft declared the meeting adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
