l NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 22nd day of October 2024, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, for the purpose of considering the following:
Public Comments
Members of the public may address the City Council only on items listed on the Special Meeting Agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person, an overall time limit of twelve minutes for any one subject, and a total time limit of thirty minutes.
Clarification questions from the City Council will not count against time limits. Speaker's responses are limited to one minute.
City Council Workshop Items
1 Community Workshop on Sober Living Homes and Recovery Housing Recommendation: At the last Council meeting during Public Comments, some residents from the Merredith Hills community requested to address the Council regarding sober living and recovery housing. This item has been agendized by Mayor Wheeler.
