The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Sweeney.

Neel Patel, Traffic Commission Vice Chair, submitted an electronic public comment on the special meeting item that was provided to the City Council prior to the meeting, posted on the City's website, and announced into the record by City Clerk Lee.

City Council Workshop Items
1 Presentation of Community Outreach Work Efforts for Park Improvements at El Conejo Park, Mackenzie Park, Cabot Park, Veeh Ranch Park, and San Remo Park.
Recommendation: That the City Council receive a presentation from David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. on the community outreach results for El Conejo Park and Mackenzie Park and a presentation from RJM Design Group, inc. on the community outreach results for Cabot Park, Veeh Ranch Park, and San Remo Park.
Public Works Director/City Engineer Ames reviewed the information provided in the staff report, provided a PowerPoint presentation, and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.

At the City Council's request, members of the public provided feedback and comments on San Remo Park.
Shaun Johnson, Landscape Architect, David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. and Bryant Avalos, Studio Manager, David Volz Design Landscape Architects, Inc. provided a PowerPoint presentation on El Conejo Park and responded to Council Member requests for additional information.
At the City Council's request, members of the public provided feedback and comments on El Conejo Park.

Mayor Sweeney recessed the meeting at 5:43 p.m. and reconvened the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
