NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 8th day of April 2025, at 3:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, for the purpose of considering the following:
Announcement of Closed Session Item(s)
The City Council will convene into Closed Session, in the City Council Conference Room, City Hall, Laguna Hills Civic Center, to consider the following matter(s):
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9
Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Government Code Section 54956.9: (1 potential case).
Public Comments
Members of the public may address the City Council only on closed session items listed on this Agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person as determined by the Mayor and a total time limit of thirty minutes.
