NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 8th day of April 2025, at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, for the purpose of considering the following:

Members of the public may address the City Council only on items listed on this Agenda. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person as determined by the Mayor and a total time limit of thirty minutes.

Recommendation: That the City Council:
1) Review, discuss, and provide direction on the draft biennial budget; and 2) Discuss and provide direction on funding Flexible Spending Arrangements for City employees.
