NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Laguna Hills, California, will be held on the 29th day of April 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the City Council Chamber, located at 24035 El Toro Road, Laguna Hills, California, for the purpose of considering the following:
